The bed and equipment sit around a single axis, so every procedure runs with the instruments within reach and without interruptions.
What to expect at your first visit
Your first appointment is an assessment: we look, we talk and we plan. No procedure is done unless you have decided on it yourself.

We talk about what concerns you
No rush and no commitment. You tell us what you'd like to improve, and we answer any questions you bring.

Medical assessment
We review your skin, your medical history and any medications you take. From there, we can see what is and isn't possible in your case.

Your plan, with prices
We propose a plan in stages, with the cost of each one. You take it home in writing, even if you don't decide anything that day.

We book it whenever you're ready
If you decide to go ahead, we reserve the date of your first procedure. If you'd rather think it over, that's perfectly fine.
Infection control and sterilization
What you can't see in the photos, and what matters most.
Single-use supplies
Needles, cannulas, syringes and gloves are opened in front of you and discarded afterward. They are never reused.
Autoclave sterilization
Reusable instruments go through enzymatic cleaning, sealed packaging and the autoclave, and every cycle is checked.
Traceable products
Everything we apply is registered with INVIMA, Colombia's health regulator. You are shown the batch number and expiration date before it is used.
Disinfection between patients
The treatment bed, surfaces and equipment are disinfected after every patient, and time is set aside between appointments to do it properly.

The online calendar shows the times that are actually free, so it is the most reliable way to book.

- The buildingTorre Empresarial building, Carrera 5.ª #11-24. Office 502, fifth floor. There is an elevator.
- Where to parkThere is a public parking lot half a block away. In the morning there are usually spaces along Carrera 5.ª.
- How to find itIt's right in downtown Ibagué, two blocks from Plaza de Bolívar. There is a reception desk at the entrance.
